UPS may be prepaid before shipping, including import duties, and clearance stated on the label, by providing and generating an international invoice which goes on the outside of the cargo for each item with values, we then send a copy of the international invoice and your sales receipt to destination via email and to your consignee.
UPS may also be paid collect, which means all expenses paid at destination, including import duties, you send a copy of all sales receipts to your consignee to be verified by Haiti Customs, and your consignee pays all charges.
Upon approval of the cost for this service, we can email you a UPS label, and you can take your cargo to the nearest UPS center near you to ship directly to Haiti or to our Miami warehouse facility for ocean transportation.
Once it arrives in Miami, we will send you an arrival notice with the next sailing date for ocean transportation. UPS is direct from your location to our UPS Haiti office for your important documents. It's fast, reliable, and easy.
